The Baltimore Country Club is seeking a Director of Membership who will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing the Clubs membership program and communications activities. The individual in this position will be a key member of the management team and integral to the success of the Club’s future growth. This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and interact with members and potential members at a sophisticated level. The Director of membership will nurture relationships with existing and potential members and in a manner that helps retain and grow the membership. The membership Director will be responsible for the Club’s communications activities so that they represent the Club’s culture and effectively inform the membership and support the membership program.

Some of the qualifications and abilities for this position include: • Proven experience in high-profile sales. • Effective interpersonal and referral skills and outstanding networking abilities. • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and communications programs. • Experience in developing marketing collateral, such as newsletters and other communications. • A broad knowledge of the Club’s local market area. • A familiarity of the hospitality/club industry and related sporting activities, such as golf and tennis is preferred.
